Possible HIV Cure

A German man received a bone marrow transplant to treat his Leukemia, and it looks like it ended up curing him of HIV.  The result has baffled scientists and doctors, and obviously could lead to big developments in the search for a cure.  It should be interesting to see how this develops, and if the result can be reproduced.
